On the beach in Bournemouth
Every Can Counts is helping people in Bournemouth to recycle this summer.
We've teamed up with Bournemouth Council and Heart FM to encouage visitors to the town's beaches to recycle their empty drink cans.
It couldn't be any easier to make your can count...
Just look out for the large green Every Can Counts can crushers stationed on the Pier Approach, pop in your empty can, pull down the handle and the job's done!
In just six weeks the cans you recycle could be back on sale again as new drink cans
Join us on the beach...
During the summer we're going to be promoting drinks can recycling down on the beach, kicking off on Saturday 24th July.
We've joined forces with the Heart FM Angels, who'll be down on the Pier Approach with the Every Can Counts football game between 11am and 1pm.
Come on down, meet the team and have a go at scoring a goal in our fun football game - if you hit the target you could win one of our beach goody bags!
So come along and find out more about how drinks can recycling is helping to clean up the seafront, save natural resources and reduce our carbon footprint.
Because every part of every drinks can can be recycled - often back into more drinks cans - and every time you recycle you're saving energy and cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
