Every Can Counts at Durham University

Every Can Counts was launched at Durham University’s Environment Fair in November by guest of honour, author and President of the Campaign to Protect Rural England, Bill Bryson OBE. Throughout the event students who recycled their drinks cans using the Every Can Counts recycling boxes were entered into a prize draw, and four lucky students each won a £20 Amazon voucher. Every Can Counts recycling boxes are now located at each of the university’s 20 ‘YUM’ cafe outlets across the campus.
